COVID19 POLICIES at major mops

TO HELP OUR CLIENTS AND TIDY TECHS STAY SAFE DURING THE PANDEMIC, WE’VE COME UP WITH A SHORT LIST OF POLICIES.

You’ll need to accept these policies by submitting the form
below before we complete your service.

HERE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT CHANGES YOU’LL NEED TO BE AWARE OF:

#1 – Tidy-up services have been limited.

As we are trying to limit any potential for exposure, our Tidy Techs have the right to refuse certain tidy-up services we previously provided like dishwashing and laundry pickup.

#2 – Your space must be empty upon us arriving for Tidy Techs to come in.

In the past we’ve been able to work around anyone who might be using your space while cleaning services are being performed. During the pandemic we are not able to continue that practice. This means:

  • You’ll need to vacate your home when you receive the notification that Tidy Techs are on the way.
  • You will not return home until you receive the notification that your job is complete.

#3 – Before every service you will be asked to answer the COVID-19 health questionnaire.

It’s just three questions long and you’ll be sent a reminder to fill it out in advance of your clean.

#4 – Depending on the availability of staff, your job may be changed or cancelled with limited notice.

As part of our effort to keep you and the Tidy Techs safe we’re requiring any team member who feels ill to stay at home. At times this may result in Major Mops being short staffed and overbooked last minute. We’ll always do our best to complete your job as-scheduled, but we also appreciate your patience and understanding when we need to reschedule or cancel a booking with limited notice.

#5 – Any time Tidy Techs are on-site and these guidelines are not being followed, they have been instructed to leave.

These guidelines are in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and to maintain the safety of our Tidy Techs and our clients. If you are unable to follow the guidelines, unfortunately, we will not be able to complete your service. In order to continue providing services to the community, our Tidy Techs are subject to a zero-tolerance policy regarding adherence to these guidelines. That means they have no choice but to leave the job if these guidelines are not being followed.

#5 – If the Tidy Techs arrive to complete your service and you fail to comply with these guidelines, the Tidy Techs will leave and you will be charged in full for the service.

We put a lot of work into creating new procedures and protocols so that we can continue operate within governmental restrictions. If, after all of that, we send our Tidy Techs to assist you and you choose not to comply with these guidelines, you’ll need to pay for the full service.
